Pathfinders Ministry
Helping Haitian women find a sustainable spiritual, physical and emotional path for their life.
Pathfinders Ministry is a 3-month course for women at A Light of Hope’s New Life Training Center. During this time, women will under-go extensive discipleship training, develop leadership skills, as well as evangelize in the local hospital and women’s prison.
The first 2 months focus solely on a workbook called Discipleship Essentials. This workbook guides them as to what discipleship means for them internally and externally. The goal of the first 2 months is to prepare these women to be missionaries in their own country.
The last month focuses on evangelism, who the Holy Spirit is, and training in leadership.
Once they have completed the course, these women will celebrate with a graduation and send off. The end goal is to create indigenous leaders who are equipped to go out and disciple others.
Pathfinders Ministry is 100% Haitian taught and led by women. At A Light of Hope, we have the passion to empower women to be everything God has created them to be.
